 All tooling, process and machine automation is designed, engineered and manufactured in house by our team of experienced tool designers and toolmakers. Drawing upon more than 50 years of experience, our computer die design and other tooling practices allow us to do greater metalforming in fewer operations than anyone. This technical depth continues to progress as we push past more than 1000 dies. With such great multitude of dies at our disposal, the same toolmaking prowess is used to modify dies to suit your designs wherever possible. As a result, tooling is often available at reduced cost, requiring only partial retooling in many cases.
Machinery is often modified and automated to fully exploit the processes employed. Where beneficial, we design and build single purpose machines to maximize process capabilities at minimum cost. |
