We are pleased to offer a new line of airtight insulated ceiling (I.C.) boxes in a variety of sizes, designed to meet the most stringent of regulations. All contain a double ceiling with an airspace of 7/16" and are made from 24 GA galvanized steel. Holes or other features can be added to suit special requirements.

Included with the I.C. box is a gasketed junction box, which comes riveted to the side. Both interior and exterior junction box covers are available.

Plaster frames are sold separately for ease of assembly of electrical components. Like the I.C. boxes, plaster frames can be customized with whatever hole size or other features are required. Due their size, plaster frames for the large I.C. boxes are made from 20 GA galvanized steel.

Mounting is simple with the use of our bar hangers. For the standard I.C. boxes, these slide into stamped slots in the plaster frame. For the large I.C. boxes, these slide into our bar hanger brackets, which snap fit onto the large plaster frames.
