What is progressive die stamping?

Progressive stamping uses a custom die and press to form finished parts. When annual volumes justify it, you can save 30% to 80% (or more) as compared to CNC fabrication. 

Can you redesign a part for metal stamping?

Absolutely. We help clients migrate from CNC fabrication to stamping as volumes increase.

What are your tooling lead times?

Tooling lead times varies from 6 to 12 weeks (sometimes more) depending on part size and complexity.
