Voice of Customer

Voice of Customer

Some of you were recently contacted (by Lauren Sevack, Director of Administration) for an exercise we referred to as “Voice of Customer” (VOC).

Several themes emerged, and we are pleased to report on three elements Tripar has implemented;

1. Finishing: It seems that there is a strong desire for us to offer finishing services such as powder painting, plating and anodizing. As a result, we have researched and partnered with several reputable & local finishers and are pleased to now offer these additional services. If you require any of your parts or requests for quote to include such, please be sure to let us know! A further qualifying survey will be sent out as a follow-up to your specific needs/requirements.

2. Low Profile Insulated Ceiling (IC) Box: For those in downlighting, several of you indicated a need for a lower profile IC Box than that which we currently offer (3-1/2”). As a result, we initiated an R&D project, sharing a design with some of you for a 2-1/2” tall Airtight IC Box, and we intend on incorporating some of your feedback. This has allowed us to get this down to 2-1/4”, and are trying to reduce it further, to 2”! Thank you to those that have participated in this. For those who would like to see this and offer your own comments, please contact Sales@TriparInc.com, with “Low Profile IC Box” as the subject line.

3. Engineering Services: Many of you expressed your appreciation for our knowledgeable engineering team; be it for design input or sheet metal tips and tricks when reviewing your drawings & solid models, we are here for you. Early in your design cycle is optimal to ask for our team’s input, which they do through the lens of design for manufacturability (DFM), often saving you development time, lead time, tooling costs, and overall part costs. If you do not already know our highly qualified team or had a chance to work closely with them, we encourage you to do so! They are here for you, as we all are. For more information click here.

We’re listening! Though we always try to remain in contact with you and hear what you have to say, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time; whether to send us your requirements, offer suggestions, feedback, complaints, and of course compliment us or any individual you have worked with!

If you did not have the chance to participate in our VOC exercise but wish to do so, please contact us. We would be pleased to do so.
